Refund Policy

Welcome to BugSpeaks. We value your trust and aim to give you a worry-free experience whenever you purchase our microbiome tests or wellness products. This page explains when you are entitled to a 100% refund, how to request it, and the limitations that apply.

1. Who we are

BugSpeaks® and Rychbiome™ are owned and operated by Leucine Rich Bio Pvt Ltd. (“LRB”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). All transactions on www.bugspeaks.com are processed by LRB.

2. Circumstances that qualify for a full refund

Note:

“Not delivered” means no confirmed delivery attempt to the address you provided and no shipment tracking update showing the parcel is in transit.
Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping details supplied by the customer void the refund eligibility period.

3. How to request your refund

Contact us: Email hello@bugspeaks.com with your order ID and proof of payment.
Submit evidence (if any): Attach screenshots of order confirmation, tracking page or other supporting documents.
Verification: Our team will confirm non-delivery or report delay within 2 business days.
Refund processing: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction is completed.

4. Situations not covered

Requests filed after the time limits stated in Section 2.
Parcels returned due to incorrect/incomplete address.
Partially used or opened RychBiome products.
Dissatisfaction with interpretation after BugSpeaks report is delivered (analysis is irreversible).

5. Important notes for BugSpeaks test users

The 5-week clock for report delivery starts the day we receive a valid stool sample at our Bangalore lab, not from the kit order date.
Samples that are degraded, leaked, or improperly collected will be rejected. A free replacement kit will be dispatched, and the refund window will reset from the new kit dispatch date.

6. Policy for third-party products

LRB acts only as a marketplace facilitator for select third-party brands. Apart from non-delivery within 10 days (Section 2), their individual warranty, exchange or return terms will apply. Quality-related issues after delivery must be taken up directly with the manufacturer or brand owner.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our processes or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
